These intriguing events are evoked by Vinodol’s castles, which reveal the historical secrets and wonderful cultural legacy of the Zrinski and Frankopan counts.

They offer unforgettable views. Julije Klović, one of the greatest Croatian Renaissance painters, known as the “Michelangelo of miniatures,” was born in the Vinodol area. The Klović house in Grižane carefully safeguards his memorial collection.
